As of noon yesterday a project I’ve been deeply involved with shifted from being one about cost variations to ”hurry, we must know what we’ve run out of by Monday!”
We were already trying to change all four tires at 85mph. Now, we’re going to try to do it hastily.
Expediency prevails over quality once again.
